Wednesdays in Willamette Street Market (May 8-September 4, 2024)
Location: Willamette Falls Drive, West Linn
Each week, cruise beautiful Historic Willamette while supporting 65+ local crafters, artisans, musicians, and farmers. Enjoy delicious eats and sweet treats from the West Linn community and beyond!
Lake Oswego Farmers Market (Weekly on Saturdays, May 11-October 5, 2024)
Location: Millennium Plaza Park, Lake Oswego
Discover the region's finest agricultural & food products at the Lake Oswego Farmers' Market. Enjoy live music from 10:30am-12:30pm, delight in finding a wide variety of superior produce, meats, seafood, nuts, cheeses, artisan baked goods, jams, jellies, salsas, hummus, nursery items, hot foods, artisan crafts and more – there is something for everyone!
Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month Celebration (May 19, 2024)
Location: Millennium Plaza Park, Lake Oswego
Celebrate the rich and diverse culture of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islanders (AANHPI) during AANHPI Heritage Month. This event features traditional lion dances from Portland Lee's Association, hula dancing from Hula Halau 'Ohana Holo'oko'a, martial arts demonstrations from World Champion Taekwondo, musical performances and an inspiring keynote address from Marshall Cho, a coach, educator and community builder. Peruse AANHPI vendors, and nonprofit booths, then enjoy the main program at 1pm.
Last Fridays (Weekly on Fridays between May 31-September 27, 2024)
Location: Campbell Lane Winery, West Linn
Ring in the weekend and visit Campbell Lane Winery to enjoy wine, food, and great music on the patio.
Juneteenth Community Celebration (June 16, 2024)
Location: Millennium Plaza Park, Lake Oswego
Join the City of Lake Oswego and Respond to Racism to commemorate the end of slavery with a community celebration honoring the historic day. Explore nonprofit booths, enjoy food vendors, artisans, hear a special keynote address from Libra Forde, executive director of the Women's Foundation of Oregon, enjoy musical performances and more!
Pollinator Week Celebration (June 17-23, 2024)
Location: Mary S. Young Park, West Linn
To Celebrate our Bee City USA status Parks and Recreation will have some giveaways and information during Pollinator Week at Mary S. Young Park. West Linn Old Time Fair Ambassadors will be onsite at the Mary S. Young Pollinator Garden Thursday June 20 and Friday June 21 from 11am-1pm.
Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts (June 21-23, 2024)
Location: Lakewood Center and George Rogers Park, Lake Oswego
This annual arts festival, celebrating its 61st year this summer, transforms downtown Lake Oswego into an outdoor gallery, with booths showcasing works by over 100 artists and craftspeople. This event features food, music and immersive exhibits for the whole family.
In addition to these local events, some fun, outdoor spring activities that we recommend in the area include hiking through Tryon Creek State Park, renting kayaks or paddle boards to explore the Willamette River, and visiting local u-pick berry farms as local produce starts to become available.
