The City of West Linn Arts and Culture Commission, in partnership with Historic Willamette Main Street, invites artists to submit proposals to enhance our new bike repair kiosk with the theme “Where Rivers and People Meet.” This is a unique opportunity to turn a functional infrastructure into a vibrant community asset on Willamette Falls Drive.
